SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
We started writing software to run our own cleaning business. We now build the same kind of thing for other small companies: quoting, invoicing, scheduling and job management. Not a package you have to bend your work around.
Start a conversation“Off-the-shelf software does not fit how we work”
You end up changing your business to suit the software. We do it the other way round.
“The same numbers get typed in three times”
Quote, job sheet, invoice. One entry should be enough.
“Nothing works properly on a phone”
Work happens on site, not at a desk. We build for the phone first.
HOW WE WORK
The cleaning arm of GateHorse uses systems we built. We know what breaks in daily use.
A working prototype early, so you judge from the screen and not from a specification document.
Same system on a phone and a PC, without a separate app to install.
Changes after go-live are expected, not billed as a surprise.

FLOW
STEP 1
We ask how the work is done now, including the paper and the spreadsheets.
STEP 2
One to two weeks. You click through the real screens.
STEP 3
One to three months to first live use, depending on scope.
STEP 4
Ongoing changes and support.
It depends on scope. A focused system covering quoting and invoicing typically starts in the region of a few hundred thousand yen. We quote after we understand the work.
A prototype in one to two weeks. First live use in one to three months.
We can, for Japanese-market systems. Communication is primarily in Japanese; please contact us in English and we will respond.
You do. We hand over the code and the data.
The more concrete the better: what gets typed twice, what lives in spreadsheets, what breaks at month end.
